A Large Collection!

A few days ago my family went on another walk around our neighborhood, but this time, we brought a trash bag. We collected so much trash, it was crazy! It ws probably one of our most successful collections so far! There were so many plastic bottles, wrappers, even a piece of carpet, and a milk jug. The trash bag was practically full when we arrived back to our starting point. Here are two pictures that we took!

September Lake Visit

Yesterday, me and my family went for a walk around North Creek Lake. We collected newer trash and most of them were recyclable, but there is no recycle bin at the lake! It is necessary to have a recycle bin there. 

I have been doing this project with my younger sister, Sana. She will be blogging and posting with me from now on. It is getting a little chilly now that it is September. But here is a picture from last night.

Neighborhood Walk

Last night, my family went on a quick walk and collected some trash along Montgomery Village Ave -> Watkins Mill Rd. We found a lot of trash for a 30 minute walk. It wasn't even at North Creek lake, it was in our neighborhood, around  the sidewalk! It is suprising to me, that there was so much litter just lying around and nobody bothered to pick it up.
